Love the vibe and energy . Jo Jo the Queen of WHL runs a great tight ship and is loved by all ,and Valerie one of the servers who did karaoke with me is one of my fave girls there. The girls Cass, Jovie, are the Best always a great cheer up along with Chelsea thanks for the life tips. Love the newbies Kensington , and Camila. You guys got great with the rest. And not to forget Kaylee and DJ stoney. They are a dream team and id say this is the first place you should go to if in del Rio or passing thru. This is the heart.

The bar is overcrowded and super loud because of the DJ setup. I love doing karaoke. I just wish they would turn it down for the size. UPDATE we went when there was a different DJ, and it was so much better! I dont like putting people down, especially when its their work. But their main DJ has it too loud and echoed. Last night on 7/11/25 it was the perfect sound for karaoke. Everyone in my group noticed it, too

Great service and Good food. Not a bad Thanksgiving buffet. Would do it again. Nice looking older hotel as well.

Really cool place and helpful waitress! The DJ was there when I went and the music was so loud hard to have conversations, but he did have good music playlist.

The White Horse Lounge is consistently one of the top bars in our community. The beer is always ice cold and the staff always works hard to meet your needs. The wings are the best around. I could write all day about the White Horse, but if you step out the backdoor, you are in the Malinda Restaurant. Marco is the chef and is out of this world as well. He's refurbished the menu and every day has a different theme with one consistency, excellence of food. Not only has that menu had a facelift but so has just about every room there as they've reinvested and given the place a great new look. It was good before, but not it's great. It's a stellar stop and can meet just about all of your needs.

Of all the bar/lounges here in DR this lounge is the one i like the most! You will feel safe from the start when you enter the bar because of the smiles of the staffs. The staffs are approachable especially Mr. Jorge , J, Daniella, Sabrina, Jovita and Jojo Hats off for you all man! May you guys continue treating your customers nicely how you treat guest just like your family. I will truly and surely will be coming back

Passing through for the evening looking for a place to have a good beverage and a light dinner. This place did not disappoint. We had the rill'd catfish which was perfectly seasoned. The French fries were crispy on the outside soft on the inside perfectly cooked. The salad bar was delicious especially the garlic croutons. We lucked out in also hit happy hour and were able to enjoy that within the confines of the restaurant there and not the loud bar.
